2025 Lojman Kiraları Belli Oldu!
Kamu personelinin merakla beklediği 2025 yılı lojman kira bedelleri nihayet açıklandı! Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı tarafından yayımlanan genelgeyle birlikte, yeni yıl itibarıyla uygulanacak lojman kiraları netleşmiş oldu.
Memurları Yakından İlgilendiriyor
Kamu lojmanlarında kalan devlet memurları, her yıl Ocak ayında belirlenen kira bedellerine göre ödeme yapıyor. 2025 yılı için açıklanan rakamlar, memur maaş katsayısındaki artışa paralel olarak güncellendi. Bu yıl kira tutarlarında %25 ila %45 arasında değişen oranlarda artış dikkat çekiyor.
Metrekareye Göre Fiyatlandırma
Yeni tarifeye göre lojman kiraları; lojmanın büyüklüğüne, konumuna, türüne (normal veya kaloriferli), binanın yaşı ve dayanıklılığı gibi kriterlere göre belirleniyor. İşte bazı örnek fiyatlar:

Isıtmasız Lojmanlar (Ortalama 80 m²): 750 TL – 1.250 TL

Kaloriferli Lojmanlar (Ortalama 90-100 m²): 1.300 TL – 2.100 TL

Merkezi Lokasyondaki Modern Lojmanlar (Yeni yapılar): 2.500 TL’ye kadar çıkabiliyor
Doğu ve Güneydoğu Bölgelerine Teşvik
Özellikle Doğu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgelerinde görev yapan kamu personeline teşvik amaçlı olarak kira oranlarında daha düşük artışlar uygulandı. Bu uygulama, öğretmen, sağlık çalışanı ve emniyet personelini kapsıyor.
Ek Ödemeler ve Kesintiler Ne Olacak?
Kira bedelinin dışında su, doğalgaz, bakım onarım gibi giderler için de bazı lojmanlarda ek kesintiler uygulanabiliyor. 2025 yılında bu kalemlerde herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmazken, enerji verimliliği düşük binalar için iyileştirme çalışmaları da planlandı.
Kamu-Sen ve Memur-Sen’den Tepki
Memur sendikaları ise yapılan zamları yüksek buldu. Memur-Sen’den yapılan açıklamada, “Lojman kiralarının bu oranda artması, enflasyonla mücadeleye ters düşüyor” ifadeleri kullanıldı. Kamu-Sen ise, dar gelirli memurlar için destek paketi açıklanmasını talep etti.
Son Başvuru ve Güncelleme Tarihi
Lojman kira güncellemeleri 15 Ocak 2025’e kadar sistemlere işlenmiş olacak. Kamu çalışanlarının bu tarihten önce yeni sözleşmelerini ve belgelerini güncellemeleri gerekiyor.
